Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Author Guidelines
First you have to read the Call for Papers carefully. Then write a proposal, in the form of abstract (for the number of words see the Call for Papers), possibly saving it in RTF format, removing your personal information from the file properties and authors' names and affiliations from the text (this allows double-blind reviews). Your contribution has to be original, that is, not previously published. Only contributions in English are accepted.
To submit the proposal, please register to the conference site. Registration and submission are free. When you submit, you will be asked to fill in a three-page form. It will take just a few minutes. Logging occasionally to the conference will show you the status of your submission.
Thank you for considering ELPUB conference for your presentation: ELPUB proceedings are printed with an ISBN, legally deposited by the relevant National Library and indexed by the most important indexing agents. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to register to the Conference and present their work in the form of either oral presentation or poster presentation.
Submission Preparation Checklist
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration.
The submission file is in RTF document file format.
All submitted documents have been saved selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save".
Authors' names and affiliations are removed from submission, with "Author" used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of author's name.
I will upload my file containing the long abstract on the last screen (step 3) of this submission process.
